Job Description Play a key role in establishing the hotel’s procurement operations during the pre-opening phase Assist in sourcing, selecting, and negotiating with suppliers to secure quality products that meet brand standards Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and materials Support the creation of purchasing systems, cost controls, and related operational processes Build and maintain strong vendor relationships for long-term cooperation Collaborate closely with all departments to meet their pre-opening requirements Utilize strong organizational, negotiation, and teamwork skills to help lay the foundation for a successful hotel opening and ongoing operations Qualifications Diploma education Minimum 3 years of purchasing experience with at least 1 year at a supervisory level Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint Experience in purchasing or procurement, ideally within the hospitality industry Strong negotiation and vendor management skills with a solid understanding of cost control and supply chain processes High attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to meet tight pre-opening timelines Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with all departments Proactive, adaptable, and committed to supporting a smooth and successful hotel opening
