KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Size Set review to understand the garments are in accordance with quality standards. PP meeting participating in order to contribute from quality point of view. Participating in to plant morning meeting and share findings. Involving to 3rd party and customer final audits to support external auditing process. On time system and manual report updating. Well, rounded understanding of Knitting Single Jersey products and key Quality Assurance systems including: Inline & Endline AQL Measurement AQL Measurement Program comment adjustment Spot Dye AQL Knitting QCO (Quick Change Over) Process Ability to accurately trace and analyze root causes of defects identified at any stage such as Knitting, Dyeing, or Fabric Inspection. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Diploma or Certification related to Science, Engineering, Quality Assurance, or Apparel Technology. Minimum 6 years’ experience in a Team Leader or Group Leader position in a similar capacity will be a definite advantage. Strong communication and negotiation abilities, particularly when supporting production teams, coordinating with quality teams, and resolving issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

The role involves reviewing size sets to ensure garments meet quality standards and participating in production meetings to provide quality insights. Additionally, the assistant will support external audits and maintain timely reporting.
