Job Title: Assistant Quality Control – Sales Team
Department: Sales
Location: Dubai Al Qusais

Reports To: Quality Assurance Manager / Sales Manager

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Quality Control professional to support the sales team in monitoring, evaluating, and improving the quality of sales calls, processes, and client interactions. This role ensures adherence to company standards and helps boost team performance through structured feedback and reporting.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in a sales, customer service, or quality assurance role.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, call recording tools, and QA scoring software.
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback and promote a positive team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting dashboards.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience in call center quality control or telesales environments
  • Multilingual is a plus (English, Hindi, etc.)
  • Familiarity with sales KPIs and customer satisfaction metrics

    Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • in a sales, customer service, or quality assurance role : 2 years (Required)
  • in call center quality control or telesales environment: 2 years (Required)

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and evaluate sales calls, emails, and client interactions to ensure quality and compliance.

  • Maintain quality checklists and scoring sheets for regular agent performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to implement improvements and best practices.

  • Ensure scripts, workflows, and customer handling practices are followed correctly.
  • Support the QA Manager in implementing quality initiatives across the sales department.
