ASSISTANT QUANTITY SURVEYOR

A chartered consultancy in Chesterfield are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team due to workload.
They operate mainly on the contractor side and offer Quantity Surveying support services to the some of the UK’s leading construction
This is a great place to get exposure to a range of sectors - Their work stream is largely government refurbishment works including prisons, MOD, housing / commercial and infrastructure.
Operating from a network of offices, the Chesterfield office employs 40 Quantity Surveyors, meaning you will have great support and expertise around you

You will be office based in Chesterfield with weekly site visits assisting on social housing refurbishment works (kitchens & bathrooms)
You will be looking after subcontractor accounts / payments, variation control and valuations
