ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent knowledge.
• CSCS Card (Academically Qualified/Professional Qualified Person).
• MRCIS/MCInstCES/MCIOB or working towards them.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As a Quantity Surveyor you will have the following accountabilities:

• Manage Costs and Income: Oversee all financial aspects within your area of responsibility on building and civil engineering projects.
• Support and Lead: Mentor less experienced commercial staff and collaborate with senior team members.
• Procure and Manage Supply Chain: Ensure efficient procurement processes and manage subcontractor relationships.
• Enhance Value for Money: Strive to minimize project costs while maintaining high standards and quality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Governance: Adhere to company governance requirements.
• Commercial Management: Utilize ERP and digital systems, measure and value work, prepare cost reconciliation statements, and manage subcontractor agreements.
• Procurement: Specify procurement requirements, manage subcontract enquiries, and document information.
