ROLE OVERVIEW

You’ll work alongside experienced Quantity Surveyors and Commercial Managers, assisting with the management of live projects and contributing to the commercial success of each scheme. You’ll gain experience across procurement, cost planning, valuations, reporting, and client liaison.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in preparing interim valuations and final accounts
• Support the procurement and management of subcontractor packages
• Help maintain accurate cost records and financial reports
• Assist with contract administration and change management
• Liaise with site teams, suppliers, and clients
• Contribute to project meetings and commercial reviews
