REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Quantity Surveying role, ideally with an electrical contractor.
• A relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction, or a related field (HNC/HND/Degree preferred but not essential).
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and construction processes.
• Good numeracy and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a motivated Junior Quantity Surveyor with at least 1 year of experience to join our growing team based in Andover. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with the preparation of cost estimates, tenders, and contract documents.
• Measure and value electrical works in progress and completed projects.
• Support in the procurement of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Assist in cost control and financial reporting.
• Work closely with project managers and site teams to monitor progress and ensure commercial success.
• Attend site meetings and assist with valuations and variations.
• Ensure compliance with contractual and commercial obligations.
