• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Prepare and manage cost estimates for projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor project expenditures and implement cost control measures to maintain budget compliance.
• Conduct feasibility studies to assess the viability of projects from a financial perspective.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure alignment on project specifications and costs.
• Prepare tender documents, contracts, and agreements for procurement processes.
• Evaluate and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best terms.
• Maintain detailed records of all financial transactions related to projects.
• Provide regular reports on project financial status to stakeholders, highlighting any potential issues or variances.
