IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE AS AN ASSISTANT QUANTITY SURVEYOR OR ASSISTANT ESTIMATOR WORKING FOR A CONSTRUCTION COMPANY IN THE UK. YOU MUST ALSO HOLD A VALID UK DRIVING LICENCE.

You could be an Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Estimator who is looking for more development or an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor / Estimator who needs progression and a new challenge.
A dynamic and forward thinking regional contractor have a great opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join their flag ship office near Birmingham centre.

We are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join their fit out and refurbishment division on projects between £1m and £5m in value. The Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Estimator will assist commercial responsibility for a diverse range of projects, and will need to have a solid track record of successfully delivering projects in a competitive environment.

• Construction qualification or currently studying
• Track record working for a reputable contractor
• Experience working as a Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Estimator within construction is essential
