We are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their construction division on projects up to £5m in value. The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will assist commercial responsibility for a diverse range of projects, and will need to have a solid track record of successfully delivering projects in a competitive environment that primarily covers refurbishment projects.

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will support the management of project costs and ensure effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle. Reporting to the Senior Quantity Surveyor, your role will involve assisting in budget preparation, cost estimation, and financial reporting. Your core skills in cost control will be essential in monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Additionally, your involvement in human resources aspects will help foster a collaborative team environment.
