JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist in measuring quantities and preparing cost estimates from drawings and specifications.
• Support in preparing Bills of Quantities (BoQ) and pricing documents for tenders and projects.
• Assist with progress claims, payment applications, and final accounts.
• Liaise remotely with QS teams to obtain necessary information.
• Support the team in evaluating variations and change orders.
• Support in preparing tender and contract documentation
• Attend virtual meetings and prepare reports or summaries as required.
• Ensure all documentation and data are managed and stored digitally in an organized and secure manner.
