We are working with our client to recruit an Assistant QS/Estimator to join their growing commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure across multiple disciplines — including quantity surveying, estimating and buying — within a supportive and ambitious regional contractor.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the QS team on live groundworks and civil engineering projects
• Assisting with estimating and tender preparation
• Procurement of materials and subcontractors
• Producing take-offs, measurements, and cost reports
• Working closely with site and commercial teams to monitor costs and variations
• Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors
