Description

* Responsible for storage, handling and dispensing of raw materials. * Responsible for online documentation for all transactions of materials and all activities which are to be done in the warehouse as per cGMP & GDP. * Responsible for recording and verifying the warehouse records (Like cleaning, balance calibration and verification, temperature & humidity etc. * Responsible for data entry in ERP (i.e. GRN preparation, issue slip debit, retest, stock transfer, material debit as per work order, expired material etc.). * Responsible for handling of dispensed raw materials. * Responsible for maintaining stock of raw material physical stock as per system. * Responsible for solution preparation and area cleaning as per SOP.

Responsibilities

The role involves managing the storage, handling, and dispensing of raw materials while ensuring all warehouse activities comply with cGMP and GDP standards. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate physical stock records, performing data entry in ERP systems, and executing area cleaning according to SOPs.
