About the role This position will report directly to one or more commercial real estate portfolio managers in direct support of their sub-portfolio(s) within the greater collection of managed properties. Communication and teamwork will be essential for success in this position with specific attention to the following tasks: Proper maintenance of assigned property folders and related correspondence. Tracking of pertinent open work requests within the assigned sub-portfolio Direct support in administrative and clerical functions of the commercial portfolio manager(s) Aiding in the lease administration upkeep as-needed Managing and coordinating portfolio-wide notification and tenant correspondence General assistance with commercial tenant and vendor relations Coordination with any junior staff including but not limited to internship members Adherence to company policies and procedures Collection and proper management of certificates of insurance for all commercial tenants Direct monitoring of accounts receivable within assigned sub-portfolio(s) Requirements (Monday-Friday) In-office hours required w/hybrid environment options available after initial 30 days. (Education) High school diploma with higher degree and/or commercial real estate management experience preferred. Proficiency in basic Microsoft Software (Outlook, Word Excel, etc.) Experience in industry standard management software (Yardi, Appfolio, etc.) Valid driver’s license w/insured and registered vehicle. Professional verbal and written communication skills with a solution-oriented perspective.
