About the Job To receive and process all premium collections accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring proper system updates to support GELB in achieving its operational and business objectives. Receive all counter payments and accurately update transactions in FPMS to minimize discrepancies. Perform regular balancing of counter collections and cash boxes at designated intervals. Ensure all Security Sealed Bag serial numbers are properly recorded in the logbook prior to handover to Aegis for bank deposit. Submit MCT and deposits vouchers to Finance, GELB promptly. Prepare e-templates and copies of cheques, notify Compliance for cash and cheque transactions exceeding $15,000 in accordance with AML requirements. Prepare and compile the Daily Cash Collection Sheet for ILP new business, ILP tops-ups, and Group Insurance renewal payments for submission to GELS for processing. Coordinate with Distribution Representatives on lapsed and reinstatement payments, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding matters. Monitor and clear suspense balances relating to premiums, loans and APL and follow through on outstanding cases until closure. Handle general enquiries from policyholders and internal stakeholders professionally and efficiently. Undertake any other duties or ac-hoc projects as directed by the Operations Head. Support the Operations Head in developing, implementing and reviewing internal operational processes. Possess a minimum of ‘A’ Level qualification or higher Experience in payment processing, financial operations, or related functions (preferred). Demonstrate understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Possess good analytical, numerical and problem-solving abilities Display strong customer service orientation with
