Job Description Lead, develop, and inspire the Recreation and Kids Club team to deliver exciting, safe, and enriching activities for adults and children. Curate engaging daily programs including water sports, indoor/outdoor games, arts & crafts, wellness activities, and cultural sessions. Oversee all facilities under recreation and kids club ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality. Deliver a high level of guest satisfaction through personalized service, feedback management, and hands-on engagement. Plan and execute special events, holiday activities, and seasonal programming. Ensure compliance with resort policies and safety protocols, especially for child supervision and care. Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest journey. Qualifications Previous experience in a similar role at a luxury resort, cruise ship, or hotel (3–5 years preferred). Strong leadership and team development skills. Creative, energetic, and child-friendly personality. Excellent communication skills and guest engagement abilities. Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage. CPR and First Aid certification (preferred or willing to obtain). Flexible to work in a remote island setting with rotational shifts.
