PURPOSE: An Assistant Regional Director helps the Regional Director in managing and overseeing all operations within a specific geographic region for Switchpoint. Their duties include strategic planning, ensuring the company meets its goals, and helping to manage the profit and loss (P&L) statement(s) for their assigned region. Requirements RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervising, mentoring, and overseeing department managers. Maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders Managing the profits and losses of the organizational departments within your assigned region and report regularly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO). Developing goals and initiatives to direct the company’s course. Guiding managers on implementing company initiatives and policies Evaluating company processes, policies and procedures to provide training to all department teams and to help resolve issues or concerns. Ensuring business operations run smoothly and implement correct processes based on the company’s established goals. Maintaining regulatory records and paperwork Recordkeeping and Reporting Report critical incident(s) immediately to Regional Director. Collects data necessary to meet funding requirements and statistical reports. REQUIREMENTS: Must have exceptional leadership skills to effectively lead managers. Understanding of industry standards, business operations and regulatory requirements Excellent written and oral communication skills Good planning and organization skills to achieve goal setting. Innovative mindset to create new, effective solutions. Analytical skills to interpret data. Mathematical and financial skills for budgeting responsibilities Assistant Regional Director should have at least 2 to 5 years of experience, including at least two years in a management role. COMPENSATION: Wage range starts at $55,000 and caps at $65,000/annually Switchpoint offers a benefits package that includes Medical/Vision/Dental, Transportation Allowance, Paid Time Off, 401k w/3% Match.
