The Woodhouse Day Spa is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Regional Manager to support operations at our Hoboken and Montclair locations. This position requires travel between both spas, and availability for at least one weekend day is required. At Woodhouse, we strive to create a luxurious and memorable spa experience for every guest. As Assistant Regional Manager, you will be responsible for: Managing and monitoring all areas of spa operations to ensure compliance with policies and procedures outlined in the Woodhouse Spa Operations Manual Demonstrating and reinforcing exceptional customer service to promote guest satisfaction and retention, while serving as a secondary point of contact for guest concerns, feedback, and follow-ups Supporting and overseeing marketing initiatives and coordinating reputation management efforts Forecasting revenue, managing labor costs, monitoring expenses against budget, and identifying opportunities to improve business performance Managing and reviewing operational reports and systems to ensure accurate guest records and reporting Addressing employee call-outs and day-of scheduling challenges Supporting both spa locations to ensure they meet or exceed performance goals, while assisting location leaders with coaching teams to achieve departmental and individual objectives Overseeing inventory processes, including ordering and maintaining back bar and retail products Managing payroll processes, including adjusting employee punches and submitting payroll reports each pay period Coordinating and managing training opportunities for in-spa operations, product knowledge, and treatment protocols Recruiting qualified candidates through employment platforms and agencies, conducting interviews, preparing offer letters, and managing employee separations when necessary Onboarding new employees, including: Collecting and scanning new hire documentation Coordinating training schedules Ensuring the health and safety of guests and employees Maintaining compliance with all state and local regulations Assisting with additional projects and operational needs to ensure the spa operates at peak performance Qualifications Preferred 2+ years of management experience in a spa, retail, hospitality, or cosmetics environment Strong experience in guest relations and team leadership Skills include administration, organization, communication, retail management, training, and computer proficiency Woodhouse Employee Perks Include: Competitive pay and incentive programs Paid vacation for full-time employees Generous employee discounts on services and retail products The “Woodhouse Way” paid training program Opportunities to work in beautiful, state-of-the-art spa facilities Ongoing professional development through Woodhouse University At Woodhouse, we are a company that recognizes, rewards, and celebrates our team members.
