In this position you will assist and support the Regional nurse in providing nursing administrative and over-all clinical leadership to our Missouri centers.  QUALIFICATIONS:   * Registered Nurse (BSN preferred)  * MDS experience  * Professional experience in the practice of geriatrics, nursing administration * Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills in areas of nursing administration, nursing practice, rehabilitation and employee relations management * Knowledge of CMS and DHSS regulations required * CPR certified * Must be able to travel     RESPONSIBILITES INCLUDE: * Organize and implement systems to manage and enhance patient services * Participate in the development of company and regional goals * Practice continuous quality assurance performance improvement and problem-solving skills * Maintain clinical competency by applying integrated clinical knowledge, skills, and leadership * Ability to communicate effectively with medical/health care community, patients and families * Comprehensive knowledge to interpret and implement federal, state, and local regulations * Assists in helping develop leadership positions within locations * Audits clinical operation in multiple locations.
