Responsibilities Coordinate, manage, and train the reservations team to ensure exceptional service delivery Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy Monitor and analyze reservation trends to identify opportunities for improvement and revenue growth Maintain accurate and up-to-date reservation records Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop pricing and promotional offers Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operations and seamless guest experiences Resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in a reservations management role, preferably in the hospitality industry Strong knowledge of hotel reservation systems and online travel agencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and reservation software Fluency in English, knowledge of additional languages will be considered as an asset Competitive salary and other benefits Advanced Opportunities for professional growth Accommodation (if necessary) and Board Transportation costs Participation in educational programs
