The Assistant Registrar will be instrumental in the smooth operation of the museum’s exhibitions and the responsible management of its collections. Reporting to the Associate Registrar, Exhibitions and Loans, and working collaboratively with the museum’s conservator and Collections and Curatorial departments, this position will organize, manage, and perform a wide spectrum of professional registration duties that directly contribute to the museum’s mission and impact.

Please note that this position will be based on the Stanford campus and will be considered a hybrid role with 3 or more days/week on campus. This position may need to work extended or non-standard hours, weekends and holidays based on business needs. The position is a 3 year fixed-term full-time position.
