Our client a well established and extremely reputable UK Commercial Finance Brokerage are looking to recruit a Junior Finance Broker into their Glasgow Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an experienced team and embark on a very exciting career in commercial/business finance.
The suitable candidate MUST have experience within Financial Services with some knowledge of Business Finance/Commercial Lending and a proven background in outbound sales. The main aim of this role is to generate and qualify leads that can be passed over to the Commercial Mortgages Brokers to close. If you have dealt with either unsecured or secured lending and have an excellent track record in hitting and exceeding targets and would like to join a company that will support you to become a Commercial Finance Broker then this opportunity is not be missed.

• Make 70/80 outbound calls per week
• Build a pipeline of business with a variety of different businesses
• A consultative and problem-solving approach
• End-to-end sales experience from lead generation (or referral) to close
• A determined approach to achieving excellent client outcomes.
  This is a full time permanent position with a hybrid model, working from the office in Glasgow 3 days per week and 2 from home. The company offer a fantastic commission structure, ongoing support and training and the opportunity to progress your career as a Commercial Finance Broker.
