Assistant Relationship Manager (Corporate Banking)

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree with 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience preferably in the banking industry
• Have to be able to multitask, work under pressure and meet deadline
• Strong analytical, written and interpersonal skill

• Assist relationship manager in various tasks such as conducting KYC, preparing financial spreadsheets, processing credit applications, preparing loan documents, creating marketing materials and report, and scheduling client meetings in coordination with the relationship managers.
• Assist client’s order, tracking and monitoring transactions, preparing relevant administrative and loan documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Assist in exploring new business opportunities i.e. onboarding new client, attend business call, on-site visit, and tracking the progress for any potential new business and/or existing client.
• Perform know-your-customer (KYC) on going monitoring screening, in compliance with internal policies and regulations.
• Prepare comprehensive periodic report in accordance with internal and external regulatory policies and procedures.
• Actively liaise with other departments and head office to facilitate processes.
• Perform any additional duties that may be assigned by Head of Department or Management.
