Job Purpose: The Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) is responsible for delivering high-quality business services to SME customers. Key responsibilities include completing ODD, managing TL expiry and NSF reports, processing client requests, and ensuring timely updates. The role supports Relationship Managers (RMs) in driving FX and CASA growth while maintaining strong client relationships and portfolio health. ARM collaborates with internal stakeholders such as AML, ASU, Business Risk, Treasury, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth service delivery and compliance with bank policies. Principal Accountabilities: Provide services related to Liabilities, FX, PCM, and Trade products to meet team sales targets. Ensure accurate and timely completion of product applications and obtain all required documentation to avoid rework. Verify that all customer applications comply with CBD policy guidelines. Proactively engage with existing customers and coordinate with internal teams for seamless service fulfilment. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, RMs, and internal staff. Attend weekly and monthly team meetings to review performance and share best practices. Maintain consistently high standards of customer service. Achieve service targets for SME customers as per ARM role. Assist customers with KYC completion and ongoing due diligence. Requirements Education and Experience Graduate, preferably in a commercially oriented discipline, or Diploma in business/finance-related subjects. 3 to 5yrs experience as Business Banking Support or Assistant Relationship Manager
