Description
Key responsibilities:Provide client service support.
Adhere to the Bank’s policies and procedures with respect to AML, Regulatory Compliance, Sales, and others.
Drive positive outcomes while working with RMs in the client lifecycle including but not limited to account opening, arranging trades, undertaking periodic reviews etc.
Respond to client enquiries and instructions and provide resolution to most issues and requests.
Conduct business with utmost integrity and professionalism.
Comply at all times with applicable rules and obligations of relevant regulatory body/ authority.
