JOB DESCRIPTION

To solicit & develop BBU TWC customer base & provide back-office support to the BBU TWC – Senior Relationship Manager/ Relationship Manager for existing and new portfolio of Assets / NFI (preparing CAs,
day-to-day operational coordination and reports relating to BBU TWC).

COMPETENCIES/SKILLS

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree.
  • Preferred MBA/ACMA/ACA/CPA/ACCA
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Small /Mid/Corporate Banking, institutional financing, financial and risk analysis.

Responsibilities
  • To solicit & develop BBU TWC relationship customer base.
  • Analyze the potential client’s position and prepare credit applications (CA) for the bankable prospects solicited.
  • Assist the BBU TWC SRM / RM in restructuring / revision of already approved credit limits to enhance profitability and minimize risk.
  • Assist the BBU TWC SRM / RM by addressing the credit queries raised on proposals (if any) by risk and up with risk for approval of proposed facilities.
  • Review of exception reports, overdue reports, asset/liability maturity reports, TOD / Contracts Past Due / Exception / Deferral / Expired documents reports for regularization of same and follow-up with SRMS/RMs to address the shortfall or take required action.
  • up with BBU TWC SRM / RM to minimize the exceptions to the credit policy, processes, procedures and documentation.
  • Assist the BBU TWC SRM / RM in identification of delinquent / problematic relationships and strategy development to deal with such relationships
  • To conduct joint calls with BBU TWC UH / SRM / RM on assigned customers, where necessary for on-site due-diligence regarding existing/new credit facilities.
  • Assist the BBU TWC team in responding to Audit observations prior to finalization of audit report.
  • Explore possibilities to improve the profitability and quality of portfolio.
  • Undertake special assignments assigned by Unit Head / Business Head regarding asset portfolio.
  • Improve the learning curve under the guidance from BBU TWC SRM / RM / UH so as to be able to work independently.
  • Ensure weeding out high-risk businesses and non-performing performance customer regularly.
    All the above accountabilities include but not limited to any additional/new tasks or responsibilities assigned by
    the line Manager.
