In this role as Assistant Relationship Manager, you will provide essential support to Relationship Managers and contribute directly to ensuring a seamless, premium experience for our private banking clients. Your responsibilities will span trade execution, operational processing, client request handling, payments, loan placements, and daily coordination with internal and external stakeholders, all requiring the highest degree of accuracy, discretion, and efficiency. YOUR CHALLENGE Client Administration & Management Supports the RM and team in client interaction in all respects Responds to incoming calls and takes prompt action Maintains and updates records of client instructions, details, and preferences. Creates system-based reports for the RM Provides clients with verbal and/or written information and data, giving neither advice nor any statement of opinion as value judgement Processes orders, trades, transactions, payments placement (outside e-channels) and handles and executes clients’ requests Supports the local teams with cash service and with the reception of the clients on site Monitors the maturity list for deposits, loans, trades; acts where instruction is standard, seeks instructions (from RM or client) if necessary and required Business Management Organises and follows up client meetings, including logistics and document preparation Supports the RM in investigations and troubleshooting, maintaining close bank-internal cross-team/unit collaboration Risk Management Full adherence at all times to compliance, legal guidelines, internal rules, regulations and policies Acts as the first line of risk defence, through raising concerns, following up on issues and escalating as necessary YOUR PROFILE Excellent organisational skills, able to work swiftly, independently within the Assistant RM scope and accurately even when under pressure Proactive, friendly, team player and solution-oriented Impeccable presentation and communication skills Strong integrity, ethics and risk awareness combined with solid client-focused mindset Foundational knowledge of financial markets: structure, function and legal/regulatory environment as well as industry awareness Strong fluency in English and French (oral and written) and other languages according to the market requirement Very good MS Office skills Excellent organisational skills, able to work swiftly, independently within the Assistant RM scope and accurately even when under pressure This is more than just a position, it’s a gateway to personal growth within a globally recognised institution.
