Description

The department of Biological Sciences at Missouri S&T is seeking qualified applicants to fill the role of Assistant Research Professor in the department.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing trainee research projects within the research group
  • Management of lab resources, equipment, and reagents
  • Assisting with regulatory approval for research activities
  • Performing cell- and animal-based metabolic experiments
  • Contributing to experimental planning and dissemination of research findings
  • Contributing to the construction and submission of extramural grant applications

QUALIFICATIONS

PhD in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biological Sciences, or related field
