Job Description Assist the Reservations Manager in overseeing daily reservation operations Manage and respond to customer inquiries relating to bookings Maintaining accurate records of all reservations and assisting with inquiries and bookings. Ensure accuracy and efficiency in booking processes Maximizing hotel revenues by promoting upselling and ensuring efficient availability control procedure Maintain up-to-date knowledge of reservation policies and systems Address and resolve reservation-related issues and complaints Developing and maintaining communication with major sources of business and advising the Reservations Manager on feedback. Ensuring compliance with hotel policies, pricing strategies, and brand standards. Daily pick-up analysis, strategy adjustments, and reporting Working closely with the Front Office and Sales teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
