Job Description Provides support to revenue strategy and analysis, such as monitoring market trends and competitor activity, maintaining accuracy across reservation platforms, leading revenue meetings, and helping prepare monthly forecasts, budgets, and business plans. Prepares reports, oversees billing arrangements, assists in group handling and checking of block set-up, and maintains communication with major sources of business. Trains newly hired colleagues in the department on the hotel standard for reservations handling, conducts performance evaluation, recommends and conducts departmental trainings, and assists in the preparation of the monthly roster of the department. Qualifications Graduate of a degree in Hospitality Management or any related field is an asset. A minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience in reservations and revenue is an advantage. Strong leadership, verbal and written communication skills, and a keen sense of detail. Proficiency in relevant software such as Opera, Microsoft applications and other relevant applications.
