JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are hiring Assistant Resident Engineers with strong civil engineering supervision experience in the UAE. The role involves project execution, quality assurance, and coordination with all stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred)
  • 14–18 years total experience, including 8–12 years UAE and 2–6 years home country
  • Experience with principal consultants and main contractors
  • Dubai Municipality certified
  • Specialized in QA/QC, project management, and risk mitigation
  • Must be available to join within 30 days
  • Work experience with Principal Consultants - Min 05 Yrs. in UAE
  • Work experience with Main Contractor Companies - Min 6 yrs. in UAE.
  • Work experience with Main Contractor or Developer - Min 4 to 6 years in Home Country
    Immediate Joiners Preferred

    Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for monitoring & controlling the Projects Execution & Handover as per Project Design Drawings, Specifications, Project Contract, QA & QC Plan, HSE Plan & Authority Regulations.
  • Review and approve Engineering Submissions - Shop Drawings, Material & Technical Submittals. Method Statements etc..
  • Review & approve Work Inspection’s, Material Inspection’s, and other Inspections.
  • Review, clarify & approve - RFI’s & CVI’s
  • Review & certify - Payment Applications & Variation Claims, EOT Claims and other submissions by Main & Sub-Contractors.
  • Review & approve - Project Baseline Program, Construction Program, Look-ahead etc..
  • Conduct weekly Progress Review & Technical Meetings, prepare & issue MOM’s.
  • Coordinate with Project Stake Holders - Client, Consultant Office, Main Contractor, Authorities, Sub-Contractors, Nominated Sub-Contractors, Suppliers and others for successful execution, completion & handover of projects.
  • Monitor Project Non Compliances & issue Non Conformity & Site Observation notices. Coordinate with respective parties for compliance implementation
  • Review, assess, perform & implement Risk Mitigation measures for successful execution, completion & handover of Projects.
  • Supervise, train & provide technical support to the Consultant Project’s team.
