YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (approved by UAE regulatory authorities).
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in civil engineering projects in the UAE, including OHL-related works.

  • Strong communication and coordination abilities.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented approach to site issues.
  • Ability to work under pressure in multicultural environments.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Resident Engineer in the daily supervision of OHL civil works.
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to verify contractor performance.
  • Liaise with all technical disciplines and attend Site Technical Coordination Meetings.
  • Review contractor submissions, shop drawings, and construction-related documents.
  • Monitor contractor works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, layouts, and method statements.
  • Witness site activities, inspections, and testing as per project requirements.
  • Support the Resident Engineer in carrying out final inspections for completion certification and handover.
  • Ensure proper implementation of health and safety measures on site.
