We are looking for a hands-on Assistant Manager with strong knowledge of both Bar and Restaurant. Someone who has a love of great food, people and genuine hospitality. Someone with drive and ambition, who can inspire and motivate their team and themselves whilst delivering an amazing experience for all our guests.
