Role Description

We are looking for an experienced and confident Floor Supervisor to join our team. You’ll help lead the front-of-house operation, ensuring excellent service, smooth running of the floor and a welcoming experience for every guest.

You’ll supervise and support the team, coordinate service with the kitchen and bar, handle guest requests, and help maintain our high standards throughout every shift.

Qualifications

* Previous experience in a restaurant, bar or hospitality supervisory role.

* Strong front-of-house and customer service skills.

* Confident leading and motivating a team.

* Excellent communication and organisation.

* Good knowledge of food, wine and beverage service.

* Professional, friendly and confident with guests.

* Able to remain calm and efficient in a busy environment.

* Good understanding of food hygiene, health and safety.

* Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

* Italian food or wine knowledge is an advantage, but not essential.
