An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced and passionate Assistant Manager to lead the team at our Pizza Hut Australia restaurant in South Melbourne, Victoria.
As the Assistant Manager, you will assist the Restaurant General Manager in managing a restaurant in accordance with Company Policies and Procedures and assume primary responsibility for the achievement of designated customer, profit, sales and employee training.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the team to embody the Pizza Hut values and uphold the brand
  • Assist in the recruitment and training of team members
  • Collaborate with the restaurant support teams to grow sales in the business by executing all initiatives to a high standard and focusing on local store marketing
  • Achieve CHAMPS Standards within the restaurant by ensuring that all employees are focused on exceeding customer expectations
  • Ensure compliance visits are consistently meeting standards.
  • Manage food quality and food cost to ensure that customers receive excellent product without impacting food cost
  • Report to the Restaurant General Manager any aspect of employee relations, customer service, attendance of and/or inspections by third parties that have or are likely to affect the operation of the restaurant
  • Achieve consistent results through team management within an increasingly complex restaurant environment.
  • Approval of expenditure within the established guidelines
