Job Description About the Job: As Assistant Restaurant Leader, you’ll support the Restaurant Leader and Senior Assistant Restaurant Leader in delivering exceptional service, maintaining high standards, and fostering a positive team culture. You’ll lead by example, ensure smooth daily operations, and help create memorable guest experiences aligned with House Made Hospitality and Sofitel values. Key Responsibilities Support service excellence through team training, guest engagement, and maintaining product standards. Lead by example in food, beverage, and venue knowledge, creating a welcoming and humble environment. Monitor venue presentation including lighting, music, cleanliness, and team appearance. Assist with onboarding, performance monitoring, and team development. Represent the venue and brand proudly both on and off duty, engaging in industry events and outreach. Qualifications About You: Proven experience in a similar supervisory role. Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Sound food and beverage knowledge, with attention to detail and a proactive approach to venue presentation. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with familiarity in hospitality software systems. A driven, results-focused attitude and commitment to team development, onboarding, and cultural alignment.
