Job Description Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction. Support the Restaurant Manager in planning, organizing, and coordinating staff schedules and duties. Supervise and train team members to deliver excellent service aligned with brand standards. Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally to ensure prompt resolution. Monitor inventory and supplies, coordinate with suppliers, and manage stock levels efficiently. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards. Work closely with kitchen and other departments to ensure timely and quality food and beverage delivery. Assist in the implementation of promotional and marketing activities. Maintain daily records and assist with reporting on sales, expenses, and staff performance. Qualifications Mandatory bilingual proficiency in Thai and English. Proven experience in food and beverage service, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Good communication skills in English (other languages are a plus). Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations. Flexible schedule and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
