As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our outlet, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and supporting the overall success of our establishment. Assist the Outlet Manager in overseeing daily operations, including staff supervision, customer service, and quality control Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue Create staff schedules, assign duties, and monitor team performance Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize stock levels Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events and promotions Train and mentor new team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment Step in for the Outlet Manager during their absence, maintaining seamless operations Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership position within the hospitality industry or a similar establishment Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving team performance Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and cost control Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure Job-Category: Food & Beverage Job Type: Permanent Job Schedule: Full-Time
