The Assistant Restaurant Manager plays a key supporting role in the day-to-day operations of Mezzogiorno by Francesco Mazzei. This hands-on position ensures exceptional guest experiences, supports service excellence, and contributes to the smooth coordination between front-of-house and kitchen teams.
You will act as a leader on the floor, a role model for the team, and a trusted assistant to the Restaurant Director. In their absence, you will take responsibility for maintaining service standards and resolving operational issues as needed.
