We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead our dining team.
The ideal candidate alongside the Restaurant Manager, will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional service, and upholding the high standards and values of Ballymaloe House Hotel.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience as a Assistant Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and industry trends.
• Commitment to sustainability and environmentally conscious practices.
• Organisational skills and attention to detail.
