We are looking for a hospitality professional with a passion for the industry, exceptional customer service skills, product knowledge and personal presentation. Annual Salary $85,000
Skills and experience required
Exceptional service skills with sound wine knowledge WSET looked upon favourably
Demonstrated management experience in quality restaurant environment
Effective communication skills
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
Strong work ethic, punctual and professional
Genuine desire to evolve, adapt and progress your career
At least 2 years experience in a supervisory or management role
Victorian RSA required
Full working rights in Australia are required - we cannot offer sponsorship for this role.
We are located on the Mornington Peninsula, access to your own transport is essential.
