PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a management role within a breakfast or cafe environment
- Barista skills and basic coffee knowledge
- Proven expertise in team management and guest engagement, with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach, committed to maintaining an inviting atmosphere that keeps guests returning.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol Competency Card (NSW).
- Familiarity with workplace health and safety standards.
