PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• A minimum of 2 years experience in a management role within a breakfast or cafe environment
• Barista skills and basic coffee knowledge
• Proven expertise in team management and guest engagement, with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach, committed to maintaining an inviting atmosphere that keeps guests returning.
• Responsible Service of Alcohol Competency Card (NSW).
• Familiarity with workplace health and safety standards.
