We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high standard of food safety and quality. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for the hospitality industry, with a focus on team management and customer satisfaction.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Strong background in customer service with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences.
  • Familiarity with kitchen operations, including cooking techniques and food safety practices.
  • Previous experience in bartending is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
