Pay: £30,000.00-£36,000.00 per year

  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality service.
  • Supervise kitchen staff, including cooks and bartenders, ensuring adherence to food safety regulations.
  • Maintain high standards of food production and presentation, ensuring that all dishes meet our culinary expectations.
  • Train and mentor new staff members in hospitality practices and operational procedures.
  • Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to maintain stock without overstocking.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and a focus on resolution.
  • Assist in creating menus that reflect seasonal offerings while considering customer preferences.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
