ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER

Job Overview:
Hotel Clique/ Tonic Kitchen & Bar is looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to aid in leading our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of our restaurant and banquet, ensuring top-notch service and customer satisfaction is always delivered.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in supervisory or similar role in a restaurant.
  • Must have own transportation & drive.
  • Available to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to meet business demands.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a diverse team.
  • Knowledge of POS systems and bartending experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication abilities for interacting with customers, staff, and suppliers.
  • Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and inventory management.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in hygiene standards.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Problem-solving skills to address issues as they arise and ensure smooth restaurant operations.
  • Customer-focused mindset to provide exceptional service and resolve complaints effectively.
