Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment. Excellent communication, leadership and team-building skills 1+ years of experience with fast food industry or Guzman y Gomez restaurant highly preferred Previous experience in a restaurant management role or supervisory position, preferably in a fast food industry.

Responsibilities

Support the Restaurant Manager with day-to-day operations and guide the team during busy service periods. Spearhead crew training, enhance guest experience, and assist in managing inventory and finances.
