JOB SUMMARY:

Supports the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of service, staff management, and compliance with health and safety regulations to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
• Excellent interpersonal skills committed to providing outstanding customer service.
• Proficient in following food handling, food safety, and restaurant compliance standards.
• Availability to start immediately is preferred.

• Manages the outlet’s operations, ensuring adherence to health & safety, food handling, and hygiene regulations.
• Recruits and trains employees.
• Coordinates and manages staff schedules.
• Maintains customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving complaints.
• Oversees and controls inventory management.
• Prepares daily sales reports and performs other assigned ad hoc tasks.
• Handle the preparation of food orders.
