• Lead and inspire a high-performing team through training, coaching, and mentoring.
• Drive revenue and profitability through smart strategies, promotions, and cost control.
• Jump in where needed – from serving to bartending – to support the team and guests.
• Develop and deliver exciting marketing campaigns and social media content.
• Ensure compliance with provincial liquor and food safety regulations.
• Create unforgettable guest experiences that keep people coming back.
