THE ROLE

Chetola Resort is seeking a disciplined, detail-oriented, and people-focused Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the leadership team at Timberlake’s Restaurant. Working closely with the Restaurant Manager and alongside another Assistant Restaurant Manager, this role helps set, communicate, and reinforce the standards that define exceptional service.
The Assistant Manager plays a key role in both operational precision—making sure every table, tray, and guest interaction meets expectations—and in team culture—building morale, motivating staff, and creating a sense of pride in the work. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can model excellence, hold others accountable, and cultivate a team environment that’s both disciplined and supportive.
