JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the restaurant management in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, with a passion for hospitality and team management.

SKILLS

  • Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within a restaurant setting.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, for efficient transaction processing.
  • Strong supervisory experience with a focus on team management and leadership.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to providing an outstanding dining experience.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry.
  • Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is essential; hotel or barista experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
